Please note, the following terms for our 30-Day Guarantee:
- Only applies to purifiers, not purifier accessories
- If a purifier was purchased as part of a product bundle, all items must be returned to be eligible for a refund
- The purifier will not be refunded if the damage is due to misuse of the purifier
- Satisfaction guarantee only applies to city tap water, not well water

One-year Warranty (purifier only)
This warranty is effective from the date of purchase (the warranty only applies upon presentation of the sales receipt). This limited warranty does not cover any damage, loss or expense due to damage caused by accident, abuse, improper maintenance, use or misuse of the product.
